Soul kids

This project was born out of my passions.

This project was born out of a desire to share my time with children what I have learned from my teachers.

This project is pure, for me.  

This idea stems from a desire to share with children what I love to do and what I was taught by my teachers.

It was born from the desire to share a practice that has been and is very useful to me.

The goal is to explore together how the natural lifestyle, promoted by Ayurveda science and Yoga, are helpful in achieving radiant physical, mental and spiritual health.
Ayurvedic daily routines allow for gradual development of a healthy lifestyle.

Practicing Yoga you can achieve, in addition to physical elasticity, mental calm at any time.

To achieve Meditation we will begin with concentration exercises. Concentrating the mind means paying full attention to a thought or object over a period of time. Once concentration is practiced, this skill can be applied to many other areas of life. For example in the Surf. Here we will practice what we have learned with the techniques listed above.

Class Yoga

I would like to share the philosophy of Yoga in all its aspects, including dwelling on "difficult" emotions and how they manifest in our bodies, such as anxiety, desire, fear, hatred and jealousy. It is interesting to discover together how these feelings can affect the natural physical balance. 
Sharing a practice of positive thinking, concentration and finally meditation, which reduces the possibility of being pervaded by negative emotions.
This process is certainly easier if you first pay attention to your body, how these emotions manifest in it and how to recognize them. 
It is clear that dwelling on one's body, practicing Asana, breathing exercises and concentration will facilitate this process.

Then the right food choices, yoga practice, concentration to meditate and experience everything in the practice of surfing to discover nature and the sea.

I will use the knowledge that my teachers have shared with me, on Asanas to make their bodies more aware and strong, on Pranayama to give lightness to the body and on the practice of Concentration to move on to Meditation to increase self perception and thus reach ultimate freedom or bliss.

The program aims to explore, remaining in the holistic realm, the physical body through yoga, free-body circuits, dance, games with nature and cooking classes.
Discovering the emotional-body: art (dance, painting, singing mantra), stories, sensory activities.
Energy body: meditations, mindfulness activities, cocoa ceremonies, connecting with nature.
