My story
My first interest in yoga philosophy was in 2016. In 2020 I started with a one-year training in yoga therapist. In 2022 I sought even more connection with this philosophy and attended the month-long Sivananda Yoga Teachers' Training Course (TTC) at the Reith ashram in Austria.
Today I teach yoga in Costa Rica.
I offer group classes, private lessons to accompany you more specifically on your needs and possibilities.
I am developing a project I believe in so much, to share with children what my teachers taught me, the yogic philosophy of life, positive thinking, vegetarian diet, pranayama practice and meditation.
Mission
I believe yoga and meditation are for everyone, not just for experts. You can learn and integrate these practices for yourself, your children and your family. These practices are about creating greater harmony with your body and the flow of your life. I think the key is consistency. No matter how long you have practiced yoga or meditation, or whether you are able to do an asana or not, the important thing is to practice, stay with yourself on the mat and breathe.
Vision
I believe in the concept that the body is not sick or healthy; information from the consciousness, from the psyche, is simply expressed in it. If these are sick or an imbalance has occurred, they are induced to call attention to it, producing what we call disease. Thus, diseases are information from the consciousness that wants to signal a need, a want, and expresses it on the body. I believe that in order to heal, one must transform consciousness, integrate what is lacking, understand the deficiency and fill it.
